April 25-30, 2022 | Lazgi International Dance Festival

May 07-08, 2022 | Boysun Spring

The cultural event, which takes place in spring in the picturesque mountainous place of Boysun, has been given the status of an International Folklore Festival. Held every two years, the festival demonstrates not only samples of the national cultural heritage, but also introduces the folklore and intangible cultural wealth of the peoples of the world. This good initiative contributes to the preservation, development, and popularization of priceless samples of the fine arts of the nation, further increasing the interest of the younger generation in national folklore.

May 21-25, 2022 | Gold Embroidery and Jewelry Festival

The first international festival of Gold Embroidery and Jewelry will be held in Bukhara on May 21-25, 2022 in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. With further reiteration every two years.

Within the framework of the festival, a review competition, a presentation and exhibitions, theatrical concert and entertainment programs, cultural and educational, propaganda and explanatory events will be organized.

The objectives of the festival are to identify talented artisans, accelerate the development of gold embroidery and jewelry, attract tourists, organize folk festivals and performances by folklore ensembles and groups of tightrope walkers, askiyachi and comedians, craftsmen's lessons, artists' alleys and others. Another aim of the festival is to bring jewelry and art to the international level as a national brand, to attract tourists through the demonstration of national cultural traditions of our people, to promote the festival around the world and to promote it. illuminated. May 28-30, 2022 | Silk and Spices

The Silk and Spices Festival is an annual celebration held in Bukhara, a city on the Great Silk Road. Thousands of years ago, caravans loaded with silk and spices went from China to Europe, passing through mountain passes and lifeless deserts, stopping in blooming oases. Bukhara was one of those cities through which the trade route from East to West necessarily passed. In addition, the best masters of pottery, chasing, carpet weaving, gold embroidery and other crafts lived here.

At the Silk and Spices festival you will find yourself in the world of an oriental fairy tale. At the opening, a festive procession usually takes place, where people dress up in national costumes, artists, dancers, acrobats and strongmen perform. Detachments of medieval warriors line up near the walls of the Ark fortress, and caravans of camels and horses pass along the street connecting the trading domes of Bukhara. All this creates the impression of traveling a thousand years ago.

June 9-11 | Tashkent Food Fest

The event will take place at venues near the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the National Library. It will present more than sixty brands of national and European cuisines, as well as coffee shops and steakhouses.

Particular attention at the festival will be paid to soft drinks and ice cream, which are necessary in such a heat. It is planned that ten well-known manufacturers of these sweets will take part in the event. In addition, guests will be able to taste more than five types of pilaf.

At the same time, during all ten days of the fest, visitors will have a varied entertainment program, including performances by Uzbek pop stars, prize draws, dance shows and much more.

June 10-12 | Chimgan ECHO

The International Ecological and Tourism Festival "Chimgan-ECHO" begins its countdown in 1977, has a long history and established traditions. For more than 40 years, the festival has transformed from the framework of a purely song contest into a broader program, including promotion of support for the ecology of the native land, with the traditional environmental action "We are for clean Chimgan!" -tourists" and people who are far from the culture of recreation, accumulating, especially in the winter period of recreation.

August 11, 2022 | International Festival of National Dishes

A gastronomic holiday called “Welcome to Bustanlik” will take place on August 11 at the territory of the all-season resort Amirsoy Resort.

More than 6,000 guests are expected to attend, including more than a thousand representatives of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other CIS countries.
